Microsoft Technical Relations Manager
  • Technical liaison between Great Plains and various Microsoft development teams including SQL Server, XML BizTalk, COM+, Commerce Server, and Windows. Each of these contacts required logistical and technical support to coordinate events between the two organizations. Responsibilities also included the management of onsite testing at the Microsoft campus and product launch support.
  • Member of SQL Server 7.0 technical launch team. Required the staffing of a team to migrate existing applications to SQL Server 7.0.
